This package has been carefully designed to ensure that you can fully enjoy the planning process of your special day, while also being able to hand over all your plans three weeks prior to the wedding. This way, you can truly relax and savor every moment of your special day without the burden of stress.

Starting a couple of weeks before the wedding, we will take over communications with all your suppliers and become the main point of contact for your wedding day. Together, we will create a detailed run sheet for all vendors and family members based on the information you provide during our final handover meeting. On the actual day, I will be there as the main point of contact for all suppliers, family, and the bridal party. My goal is to ensure that your vision is flawlessly brought to life, creating a wedding day that is stress-free and seamless.

The On the Day Coordination service covers a 10-hour period, and additional hours can be added if needed.



Your big day is all planned and ready, but it needs flawless execution on the actual day. Our Pack-In/Setup package is designed to provide the perfect solution. Whether you require some final touch assistance or want professionals to bring your envisioned vision to life without the comprehensive on-the-day package, this package is ideal for you.

Sometimes all you need is someone to bounce ideas off of and discuss your plans, and I take great joy in sharing my knowledge and assisting you in creating your dream day.

With our hourly consultation service, you have the flexibility to schedule as many individual sessions as you need. This way, you can receive expert advice while staying within your budget.

No matter what type of event you're hosting, there's always a need for clean-up afterwards. Our Pack-Out service is an optional add-on that typically takes place the day after your event. We take care of the full clean-up and pack-out process once the party is over. Our dedicated team will ensure that all the hired items are carefully packed back into the provided boxes, the event space is thoroughly cleaned, and it is either prepared for your next day celebrations or ready for the suppliers to arrive and collect the items. With our Pack-Out service, you can relax knowing that the post-event clean-up is taken care of professionally.
