Please note that the following is a summarised version of our terms for your quick reference, The full, detailed terms and conditions will be emailed to you upon booking and must be signed before finalising your reservation.​ Please note that by paying your Booking fee with us, you confirm your acceptance of our full terms and conditions.

We recommend reviewing the full terms carefully to ensure clarity on all aspects of the hire process, including payment schedules, responsibilities regarding the hired items, cancellations, and any additional fees that may apply. Should you have any questions or require clarification at any point, feel free to contact us before finalizing your booking.

Booking Confirmation

Your event date is secured upon payment of a non-refundable deposit.

Final payment is required at least 20 working days before your event date.
Hire Period

The hire period includes three days: delivery, event, and return.

Extensions or late returns may incur additional charges.
Goods Care

All hired items remain our property.

You are responsible for the care of items and any loss or damage incurred during the hire period.
Payments and Cancellations

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings.

Cancellations made within two months of the event will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within two weeks will be charged in full.
Delivery and Setup

Delivery fees are additional.

Self-collection is available for certain items with a security deposit.

Any delivery issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Damage and Cleaning

Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Cleaning fees will apply for items returned dirty or requiring extensive cleaning.
Weather Conditions

We reserve the right to pause or halt services if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Photos and Videos

We may use photos or videos from your event for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing before payment.
Liability

We are not liable for delays, damages, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Fees

Additional services, changes, or extended on-site time may incur extra charges.
COVID-19 Policy

Deposits and balances are non-refundable.

Date changes due to government restrictions are permitted within a 12-month period.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you the complete Terms and Conditions for your review and sign and return to us.
